Started working with Beat Service on a track, Madis is a cutting edge producer, his tracks are super amazing, what he has done with my vocals is unbelievible!!I love working with Madis his music really works well with my vocal, I am over the moon ... Check out his website www.beatservicemusic.com
Also worked on a track with David Moralee called "Fallow" which is such a wonderful track and means so much to me..(Fallow) A gothic twist of the gypsey in me, a dream like state of where I once stood with an old love, in the meadows.. Words - I know I am stronger than you'll ever be, and I will withstand anything you throw at me. The track is about letting go, to submit but to believe in , if you let love go it will come back!! as in farmers leave meadows to grow wild for a year or 2 to give the earth replenishment.
November 2009
In November I spent time writing songs to little instrumentals that got sent to me, or that I created in my own studio, November for me was a time where I sorted out my studio and spent time setting up websites and promotional sites, check out links through www.songwriteremmalock.webs.com some are still yet to be finished as I have 23 sites on the internet :)

I wrote a track with Si Paul from Lost Witness on a track called "Like that" this track is beautiful, Si Paul is an amazing producer, Si Paul s looking for a label for he track at the moment, also I have been given an Eletro Mix of Indisputed Love from David Lopez in spain- (DanceDP Unreleased)
Mass Motion is the brainchild of Stuart Millar and Dave Lievense. Their first single, entitled ‘Undisputed Love’, was co-written with Radio 1 supremo Jules and features the etheral vocal talents of Emma Lock – surely a sign of a special record when arguably the world’s biggest crowd pulling DJ weighs in on a track. Originally the record was an instrumental club track, with Jules giving it Radio 1 and Sirus worldwide plays. It then was signed up to prestigious management company Top Draw Music (who look after the production careers of Jules, Riley & Durrant, Lifelike and more) and then with the vocal contributions from Emma, personally penned by Jules, is set to crossover into the mainstream and hit the charts. Currently it has been played for weeks on the spin by Jules exclusively on Radio 1, Sirus and his Judgement Sunday's main room sets and Bar M warmup parties on La Isla Blanca, this track you can hear on my myspace page www.myspace.com/musicemmalock

Paul Rayner Remixed one of my tracks and it is called Transendental Remix, Paul's work has a very powerful sound ,and has a real egde to it, I am very pleased with what he has done to my track, he has remixed with a lot of well known artist so I was so pleased that he worked on my track, I hope to release this track on iTunes within the next few weeks along with a few other remixes too. Also Paul Rayner edited my Transindental remix video to make a dance version which you can see on my myspaces.

"Transindental Flow" and " Transindental DJ mix" was remixed by Ricky M, Ricky is a very talented up and coming producer but he has a very good talent to mix vocals, I can send him over a plan vocal and he can make it sound amaxing, so pleased to be working with him, he is also mixing another track too called so beauiful which you can hear on my myspace.

4-5 months of Photoshoots taken by John wood. I meet John in May after writing my Album, I wanted to have some photos to promote myself and update my website, I contacted John, we had 5 photoshoots to get the write feel and photos for what I wanted. 2008- April 2009
I wrote my new album called "Making Waves" which is a 13 track album, It took me quite a while to get the right feel and work out what I wanted, I went in and out of studios recording demos and really listening, to what I wanted to produce it like and make it that much more better then the last, after releasing my First produced album " Stepping Stones" and the singles that I worked on with various producers around the globe, I wanted to move in to a dark twisted album of creativity and slightly gothic feel. I also Moved house and set up my studio in a room in my house.
October 2007
I worked on a track with Lisa Lashes called "Overloaded" which was released on Lisa Lashes Artist album, it had radio one play on the Dave pearce show, and was released worldwide. I am so proud of this track, I even listen to it now and get blown away, its a hard house track and you can find it on Lisa Lashes iTunes page.

I sang a vocal for Judge Jules on a track called "Undisputed Love" that was written by Judge Jules and Stuart Miller, the track get played on Radio one and promoted in clubs in Ibiza. I really enjoyed singing on this track and I loved the way it was written :) I have also sang on other tracks for Jules too and hope to be working on some more soon.

I sang a vocal of Rule Britainna for the promotion of English Premier Football Season, for the TV Company Canal+, it got also put on the mobile settings for the game. That was a little different but enjoyed it lots :)
Also Transindental got remixed by German Producer Michael Bachmeier also known as Backdraft

Had a review by Ian Peel in Magazine "The Record Collector" ( A guide to digital music and collecting online by Ian peel ) Ian said "If you took a dose of Joss stone and mixed it with some Evanesence, and possibly a mix of Kate bush, you'd have a fair idea of where Emma Lock is coming from. She's from Cornwall looks amazing and this is her first set of songs. while some tracks struggle to find a shape and purpose, Transindental and Stepping stones are wild, accomplished showcases of a great emerging talent.
